About CEDCO

CEDCO (Community Economic Development Corporation, Inc.) is a private not-for-profit community development financial intermediary.

The company was founded in 1996 with the collaborative efforts of the Racine branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (N.A.A.C.P.) and the City of Racine to encourage and promote minority entrepreneurship. In 2008, CEDCO expanded its programming to support the efforts of minority business in Kenosha and Southeastern Wisconsin.

CEDCO is an authorized intermediary selected to package and submit applications for the US Small Business Administration (SBA) Minority, Women, and Veteran Pre-Qualification Loan Program.
